Hi all! Did you know that this is Petfinder’s 15th year of using the internet to save animals? In honor of their birthday, March 15th of this year is being designated as Adopt the Internet Day! On that day, Petfinder is asking that people pledge to share the word about adoptable pets on the internet. Write a blog post, tweet about it, share it on your Facebook, put a badge on your website. You can talk about your favorite rescue, tell a happy rescue story of your own, share an adoptable animal in need of their forever home and so much more! Anything you can think of to help promote animal adoption is great! Be sure to visit Petfinder’s Adopt the Internet Day page to learn more about this event!

Guest artist Char Reed is up again this month!
Meet Lily
Lily is an young adult female pit bull terrier mix who was surrendered by her owners when their living situation changed. She was scheduled to be euthanized when Polly’s All Pet Rescue stepped in and offered to board her at a veterinary clinic until a loving home can be found for her. Lily has an infectious smile and loves to run, walk, play with other dogs, and chew on her toys. She’s up-to-date on shots, dewormed, spayed, and microchipped, and just waiting for that lucky someone to come along!
