It seems like the days are flying by, don’t they? We’re already halfway through our first month! Today’s group is the Brazos Animal Shelter, a shelter that has an active presence in their community. Many thanks to Krystle Gervais for all her work with the shelter and for bringing the group to this project.

About the Brazos Animal Shelter
The Brazos Animal Shelter provides humane shelter and care for stray and unwanted animals. Our varied services are designed to promote responsible pet ownership and to enhance the quality of life for the people and animals in our community. Our mission is to enhance the human-animal bond, protect the health and safety of the public, act as leaders in the animal welfare industry, protect the health, safety, and well-being of animals, and act as advocates for general animal welfare.
Are you interested in getting involved in your community? One of the most rewarding places to volunteer is the animal shelter. The Brazos Animal Shelter is always in need of volunteers whether you are able to spend a few hours a week, come in once a month or stop by daily.
